Anti-inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are a great way to fill yourself up “on the go” while not giving-in to fast food. We love smoothies that do more than just eliminate hunger! Check out this awesome recipe that boasts anti-inflammatory benefits:


  • 1/2 C Coconut Flesh
  • 1 C Frozen Cherries
  • 6-8 Basil Leaves
  • 1-2 C Coconut Water or Water
  • 1 T Chia or Hemp Seed

Combine these ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Even though the recipe doesn’t call for it, we think it’s great with about 1/2 C of ice to give it some thickness.
